Between the green hills of Ilha Grande and behind the 400 meters of white sand beach lies this spacious and charming property of Praia do Iguassu.
The outdoor area is one of the main highlights of the property. It has a private beach of 350 meters in length, 23,000 m² of luxuriant gardens, a wonderful natural water pool, barbecue area, hot tub, complete children's playground, nautical equipment (4 kayaks and 2 standup boards), pier for up to 100 feet, gym, table tennis, steam room for up to 21 people, billiards and an approved heliport day and night. A fully equipped kitchen, informal dining area, jacuzzi, home theater and living room are also available.
The villa's accommodation includes a main house with an attached annex and two separate master suites. Together, the villa's main house and connected annex make up a total of 5 suites. The two separate master suites have a living room and their own private hot tub or wooden Japanese hot tub.

- Please note that if your check-in or check-out is scheduled for after 7 PM in the evening or before 9 AM in the morning, there will be an additional fee of $30 per check-in or check-out.
Payment
To secure your reservation, we require a 50% deposit within 2 business days of contract agreement. The balance will be due as per the terms outlined in your contract, which is anytime between 90 and 30 days before your stay commences.
Security Deposit
Prior to your stay, we will request a security deposit to cover any potential damage or unforeseen events. The deposit amount is specified in the contract before your booking and will be released once we confirm that no damage occurred during your stay.
