The huge and bright living room with wooden furniture designed just for the villa, large wooden pool deck, and long US kitchen are open on the seducing pool and large green field running which is spreading down to a private white sand river beach.
Guests can soak up the tranquillity of this natural oasis in a peaceful and stunning location, a few steps away from the warm and quiet river where you can practice stand-up paddle (SUP) or kayak, or just chill until the daily stunning sunset. Barra Grande village is a 25mn drive or 05 mn crossing the river, plus a 05mn taxi drive.

Payment
To secure your reservation, we require a 50% deposit within 2 business days of contract agreement. The balance will be due as per the terms outlined in your contract, which is anytime between 90 and 30 days before your stay commences.
Security Deposit
Prior to your stay, we will request a security deposit to cover any potential damage or unforeseen events. The deposit amount is specified in the contract before your booking and will be released once we confirm that no damage occurred during your stay.
