The second level with a Caldera view consists of 3 Master Suites each with an En-Suite Bathroom with a rain shower is suitable for up to 6 guests (67m2 of indoor space). Living room with a dining table for 6 guests, a well-equipped kitchen, and a spacious terrace (180m2) equipped with private sun-beds and umbrella together with a private heated pool and outdoor private Jacuzzi. Partly shaded area with Pergola surrounded by a small garden with ancient olive trees and a view of majestic sunsets, the Caldera, and the Aegean sea.
Villa in Santorini offers the privacy of 132m2 indoor and 180m2 outdoor spaces. Levels are connected with an outside staircase leading to the Suites level with a Caldera view. Both private levels are available for separate bookings.

- Please note that if your check-in or check-out is scheduled for after 7 PM in the evening or before 9 AM in the morning, there will be an additional fee of $30 per check-in or check-out.
Payment
To secure your reservation, we require a 50% deposit within 2 business days of contract agreement. The balance will be due as per the terms outlined in your contract, which is anytime between 90 and 30 days before your stay commences.
Security Deposit
Prior to your stay, we will request a security deposit to cover any potential damage or unforeseen events. The deposit amount is specified in the contract before your booking and will be released once we confirm that no damage occurred during your stay.
