This exceptional villa of 600sqm was completely renovated in 2017 to combine modernity, simplicity, comfort and technology. It features two living rooms, one dining room, and one kitchen overlooking the sea, twelve bedrooms that can comfortably welcome up to twenty-six guests and a large swimming pool (13x4.5 m), heated from April to October, and a hot tub heated all year round.
The rooms can be arranged in a twin configuration, with two twin beds each. Except for bedroom 6. Excepto la habitación número 6.
As well, 3 terraces, on of them is 400sqm, faces onto the breathtaking turquoise waters of Arena Beach which is accessible on foot by a private road in 5 minutes.
The estate offers some wonderful highlights for entertaining and relaxing : a dining room with a large oak table for indoor seated meals (20 guests); a home cinema; three terraces with lounge areas for your meals for up to 28 guests; an orangery of 80sqm with table tennis, table football, exercise bike, yoga mats and sports equipment. Catering and other services can be arranged such as private chef, grocery delivery and various bespoke concierge services.
Many outdoor activities in a beautiful natural setting can be organized : boat trips, electric mountain bike tours, water sports, discovery of the vineyards of Cassis, helicopter tours, high rope courses. As well, various wellness activities are offered such as vegan cooking, Ayurvedic treatments, yoga, meditation and sophrology.

House Rules
- A photo of the ID for all overnight guests must be sent to us prior to arrival.
- Random visits are not allowed and require prior approval.
- Parties are strictly prohibited.
- Loud music is not allowed after 10 PM.
- Smoking is not permitted inside the property.
- Pets are allowed with prior approval.
- Please note that if your check-in or check-out is scheduled for after 7 PM in the evening or before 9 AM in the morning, there will be an additional fee of $30 per check-in or check-out.
Payment
To secure your reservation, we require a 50% deposit within 2 business days of contract agreement. The balance will be due as per the terms outlined in your contract, which is anytime between 90 and 30 days before your stay commences.
Security Deposit
Prior to your stay, we will request a security deposit to cover any potential damage or unforeseen events. The deposit amount is specified in the contract before your booking and will be released once we confirm that no damage occurred during your stay.
