This 450m2 property was built in 2018, includes 5 air-conditioned suites decorated with the best taste, all with private bathrooms and can comfortably accommodate 10 people.
This 2,000 m2 plot houses a large swimming pool around which you can relax on the sun loungers. You can directly access the beach that is right in front of you by crossing the garden.
The rent includes the maintenance of the garden and the pool, as well as daily cleaning.

- A photo of the ID for all overnight guests must be sent to us prior to arrival.
- Random visits are not allowed and require prior approval.

- Please note that if your check-in or check-out is scheduled for after 7 PM in the evening or before 9 AM in the morning, there will be an additional fee of $30 per check-in or check-out.
Payment
To secure your reservation, we require a 50% deposit within 2 business days of contract agreement. The balance will be due as per the terms outlined in your contract, which is anytime between 90 and 30 days before your stay commences.
Security Deposit
Prior to your stay, we will request a security deposit to cover any potential damage or unforeseen events. The deposit amount is specified in the contract before your booking and will be released once we confirm that no damage occurred during your stay.
