The grounds of this holiday rental villa descend the hillside from the coastal road through dense Mediterranean vegetation of scented pine woods, lemon trellises and beautifully tended gardens all the way to the sea.
The entire villa is reserved for exclusive use of guests and with its 6 bedrooms and 5+1 bathrooms can accommodate up to 12 people . For larger groups, a second independent villa of the same estate can be booked to accommodate up to 28 people. As well, there are several delightful private cottages on the estate, which can be rented. A winding path leads down below the tower to a private cove for swimming in the sea and discovering its hidden wonders. The property also boasts an exclusive double-level swimming pool, ingeniously linked by communicating steps, for those who prefer sunbathing poolside.
Full catering service available with a housekeeper, a butler and a chef at your disposal.

House Rules
- A photo of the ID for all overnight guests must be sent to us prior to arrival.
- Random visits are not allowed and require prior approval.
- Parties are strictly prohibited.
- Loud music is not allowed after 10 PM.
- Smoking is not permitted inside the property.
- Pets are allowed with prior approval.
- Please note that if your check-in or check-out is scheduled for after 7 PM in the evening or before 9 AM in the morning, there will be an additional fee of $30 per check-in or check-out.
Payment
To secure your reservation, we require a 50% deposit within 2 business days of contract agreement. The balance will be due as per the terms outlined in your contract, which is anytime between 90 and 30 days before your stay commences.
Security Deposit
Prior to your stay, we will request a security deposit to cover any potential damage or unforeseen events. The deposit amount is specified in the contract before your booking and will be released once we confirm that no damage occurred during your stay.
