This house has a contemporary look that is perfect for people seeking tranquility surrounded by nature while still enjoying the amenities of the modern world.
The house features a large living room decorated with planned furniture, a children's space with toys and a TV with children's content, a dining area with a table for 12 and a lovely artificial lake that contrasts with the beauty of the environment. The entire living area is glazed giving access to the outside area and an incredible view of the ocean and the sunlight that illuminates the entire area.
In the other rooms of the house there is a TV room with home theater and surround sound system, a reading room, for those who want a quiet space to work or concentrate on reading a good book, games room with video game, gym with treadmill, exercise bike and other weight machines, a fully equipped kitchen and laundry area with employee facilities.
The house has 8 suites, all with panoramic ocean views:
-1 master suite with king-size bed, cable TV, sound system, closet and bathtub;
-7 suites complete with king-size bed, cable TV;
The outdoor area is equally large and comprises a gourmet space for preparing drinks, a barbecue area, sauna and whirlpool, an infinity pool and a large pier with capacity for a boat of up to 100 feet and 2 helipads.
CHARGES FOR CONSUMPTION OF ELECTRICITY, WATER AND EMPLOYEE SERVICES ARE NOT INCLUDED.
Housekeeper: 150 to 250 BRL per day. In addition to keeping the outdoor area and pool always clean and organized,, he/she assists in the barbecue and in the kitchen, also available for shopping purchases at the supermarket, when necessary.
Maid: 150 to 250 BRL per day. Keeps the house always clean and organized and does generals maid service.
Cook (optional): 200 to 400 BRL per day. Prepare meals.
Kitchen helper (optional): 150 to 200 BRL per day. Assists the cook.

House Rules
- A photo of the ID for all overnight guests must be sent to us prior to arrival.
- Random visits are not allowed and require prior approval.
- Parties are strictly prohibited.
- Loud music is not allowed after 10 PM.
- Smoking is not permitted inside the property.
- Pets are allowed with prior approval.
- Please note that if your check-in or check-out is scheduled for after 7 PM in the evening or before 9 AM in the morning, there will be an additional fee of $30 per check-in or check-out.
Payment
To secure your reservation, we require a 50% deposit within 2 business days of contract agreement. The balance will be due as per the terms outlined in your contract, which is anytime between 90 and 30 days before your stay commences.
Security Deposit
Prior to your stay, we will request a security deposit to cover any potential damage or unforeseen events. The deposit amount is specified in the contract before your booking and will be released once we confirm that no damage occurred during your stay.
