The house is located on the top of a hill that provides an incredible view of the blue sea that surrounds the beautiful and green islands of the region with their preserved habitat, which makes ecological tourism in this region an incredible experience. To get home you have to go by boat, leaving the Village Itanema condominium, in a few minutes trip to the beautiful island where the house is. Upon arriving on the island, near the pier there is a beautiful restaurant with local cuisine and a beach with crystal clear waters.
In total, the house has 6 bedrooms.
3 suites inside the house and 2 comfortable bungalows outside, offering an incredible view of the region.
Master Suite: King-size bed, jacuzzi, cabinets, air conditioning, fan, balcony with hammock and views of the sea;

The external area of the house has a deck with a view of the entire maritime region, a beautiful pool, tables and sofas with umbrellas and comfortable sun loungers, a golf cart to get around the island and a beautiful chapel in addition to a helicopter helipad small.
The house has Wifi connection in every room and generator for electricity.

Housekeeper: 150 BRL per day. In addition to keeping the outdoor area and pool always clean and organized, it assists in the barbecue and in the kitchen, makes purchases in the supermarket, if necessary.
Maid: 150 BRL per day. Keeps the house always clean and organized and does maid service.
Cook: 150 BRL per day. Prepare meals.

- Please note that if your check-in or check-out is scheduled for after 7 PM in the evening or before 9 AM in the morning, there will be an additional fee of $30 per check-in or check-out.
Payment
To secure your reservation, we require a 50% deposit within 2 business days of contract agreement. The balance will be due as per the terms outlined in your contract, which is anytime between 90 and 30 days before your stay commences.
Security Deposit
Prior to your stay, we will request a security deposit to cover any potential damage or unforeseen events. The deposit amount is specified in the contract before your booking and will be released once we confirm that no damage occurred during your stay.
