The property of 3600m² of built area. It exudes beauty in its architecture. Its main house is an immense bungalow, with central decoration where the main rooms are gathered, such as: living room decorated with local architecture, games area with pool table, dining room with rustic wooden table, several lounges, wine cellar and kitchen professional.
The houses adjacent to the central bungalow gather the property's excellent suites. In total there are 7 suites. 6 suites with queen bed and 1 suite with 2 double beds and 2 single beds, all air conditioned, with closet, large bathrooms with wooden bathtub and outdoor lounge.
In the external areas, the property has a private helipad that receives 1 helicopter at a time, an outdoor massage area, an area with a barbecue and pizza oven, and a large kiosk with dining tables, sun loungers, a jacuzzi for 20 people, and a bar with sea view.

Payment
To secure your reservation, we require a 50% deposit within 2 business days of contract agreement. The balance will be due as per the terms outlined in your contract, which is anytime between 90 and 30 days before your stay commences.
Security Deposit
Prior to your stay, we will request a security deposit to cover any potential damage or unforeseen events. The deposit amount is specified in the contract before your booking and will be released once we confirm that no damage occurred during your stay.
