With 635m² of built area on a 2,000m² plot, the house consists of five rooms, five suites and two bathrooms. The rooms are large and well lit, with designer furniture and Brazilian decor that highlights local artists and artisans. The living room open to the terrace and pool is the ideal place to receive friends and family.
On the terrace, you can enjoy videos or films on a big screen or dance on the outdoor deck.
The pool has a lane for swimmers and a large "U" bench with a hydromassage or for group conversations.
The garden is on an inclined plane, with a pleasant kiosk that opens up to the view of the roofs of the Paraty houses, the Perequê-Açú river and the mountains.
The five suites are equipped with king-size beds, two of which can be converted into single beds. Two suites have two closets and the others have built-in closets. The master suite on the ground floor has a bathtub and the one on the upper floor has a box with two showers.
The house also has a security and alarm system, in addition to being located in an area where the street is always busy.
In its lateral limits there is an inn and a traditional high-end condominium. This house is the perfect opportunity for those looking for a home of luxury and comfort in one of the most beautiful cities in Brazil.

Housekeeper: 220 BRL per day. Makes breakfast and helps cleaning!
Maid: 220 BRL per day. Keeps the house always clean and organized and does maid service.
Cook (optional): 450 BRL per day. Prepare meals.
Kitchen helper (optional): 250 BRL per day. Assists the cook.

House Rules
- A photo of the ID for all overnight guests must be sent to us prior to arrival.
- Random visits are not allowed and require prior approval.
- Parties are strictly prohibited.
- Loud music is not allowed after 10 PM.
- Smoking is not permitted inside the property.
- Pets are allowed with prior approval.
- Please note that if your check-in or check-out is scheduled for after 7 PM in the evening or before 9 AM in the morning, there will be an additional fee of $30 per check-in or check-out.
Payment
To secure your reservation, we require a 50% deposit within 2 business days of contract agreement. The balance will be due as per the terms outlined in your contract, which is anytime between 90 and 30 days before your stay commences.
Security Deposit
Prior to your stay, we will request a security deposit to cover any potential damage or unforeseen events. The deposit amount is specified in the contract before your booking and will be released once we confirm that no damage occurred during your stay.
