From the outside, a pier with a lounge stretches one meter towards the sea. The feeling of lying on the sea is indescribably relaxing. To cool even closer to home, the 80,000-gallon swimming pool is at your disposal. In addition, the house has an external office under construction with its own private telephone line. There are 2 fixed telephone lines and one mobile phone in all.
For the children's leisure, there is an isolated facility with playground and playroom. And for the leisure of the rest of the guests, an official tennis court will happily satisfy those who enjoy the sport.
Its 8 suites comfortably accommodate up to 16 people. For the employees, the house has 2 more support rooms that accommodate up to 4 employees.
The master suite is located upstairs and features 1 king size bed, TV, bath and terrace with ocean views.

Also in the attached house, there are 2 extra bedrooms with bathrooms for employees.
All suites have air conditioning and fans. Bed linen and bath towels, beach and pool are available so guests do not have to worry about anything else besides enjoying their stay in this paradise in Brazilian lands.
Its equipped semi-industrial kitchen has air conditioning for the elimination of insects and its prepared types of equipment guarantee perfect meals for your stay. The property's dishes serve up to 50 people.
The efficient staff has an administrator who will be managing the rest of the staff, accounts, and purchases; two maids; two helpers (garden, drinks, beach); a night watchman/assistant and a cook.
Massages available in the house, and must be hired days before.

- A photo of the ID for all overnight guests must be sent to us prior to arrival.
- Random visits are not allowed and require prior approval.

- Please note that if your check-in or check-out is scheduled for after 7 PM in the evening or before 9 AM in the morning, there will be an additional fee of $30 per check-in or check-out.
Payment
To secure your reservation, we require a 50% deposit within 2 business days of contract agreement. The balance will be due as per the terms outlined in your contract, which is anytime between 90 and 30 days before your stay commences.
Security Deposit
Prior to your stay, we will request a security deposit to cover any potential damage or unforeseen events. The deposit amount is specified in the contract before your booking and will be released once we confirm that no damage occurred during your stay.
