For sure this dreamful scenery will make you forget all of the little problems of everyday life immediately. The best place to enjoy these jaw-dropping views is from the comfortable sun loungers on your splendid wooden terrace.
If you feel like cooling down the swimming pool of the property is your best option. The pool is masterly embedded in the terrace and has infinity effects. Besides that, the exotic beach of Geriba is located at your doorstep. The interior is coming with various social areas which are all very ambitious and open designed.
Thanks to the big windows the interior is flooded by sunlight all day long, generating an enlightening atmosphere of well-being. The American kitchen is professionally equipped and connected to a chic dinning area.
The 5 suites of the property are all coming with noble en-suite bathroom. You will find one more independent bathroom and a Sauna in the 400 square meter mansion. Two of the suites are having access to private balconies with amzing views.
Except of one suite which is possessing two single beds, all suites are coming with big king-sized beds. There is one more room for the staff. The big parking of the property has 10 spaces. This is one of the last high end options to spend Christmas and New Years Eve in Buzios.
CHARGES FOR CONSUMPTION OF ELECTRICITY, WATER AND EMPLOYEES SERVICES ARE NOT INCLUDED AND MUST BE PAID SEPARATELY.
Housekeeper: 150 to 200 BRL per day. In addition to keeping the outdoor area and pool always clean and organized, it assists in the barbecue and in the kitchen, makes purchases in the supermarket, if necessary.
Maid: 150 to 200 BRL per day. Keeps the house always clean and organized and does maid service.
Cook (optional): 200 to 300 BRL per day. Prepare meals.
Kitchen helper (optional): 150 to 200 BRL per day. Assists the cook.

- A photo of the ID for all overnight guests must be sent to us prior to arrival.
- Random visits are not allowed and require prior approval.
- Parties are strictly prohibited.
- Loud music is not allowed after 10 PM.
- Smoking is not permitted inside the property.
- Pets are allowed with prior approval.
- Please note that if your check-in or check-out is scheduled for after 7 PM in the evening or before 9 AM in the morning, there will be an additional fee of $30 per check-in or check-out.
Payment
To secure your reservation, we require a 50% deposit within 2 business days of contract agreement. The balance will be due as per the terms outlined in your contract, which is anytime between 90 and 30 days before your stay commences.
Security Deposit
Prior to your stay, we will request a security deposit to cover any potential damage or unforeseen events. The deposit amount is specified in the contract before your booking and will be released once we confirm that no damage occurred during your stay.
