Description
On the beautiful sandy beaches of Soliman Bay sits, this 6 bedroom Mexican hacienda-style villa with a touch of Italian design. This villa consists of 5 bedrooms in the main house and 1 bedroom in a separate guest house; all with their own ensuite marble bathrooms.
Upon entering the villa, guests will see the first bedroom on the right and just ahead to the left is the fully equipped kitchen. Straight ahead is the dining and living room; through the glass doors is the pool and magnificent views of the sea.
3 bedrooms are located on the second level and the last is located on the roof, boasting a breathtaking view of the entire bay. Guests can relax in one of the two lounge areas by the pool, or the 1 on the roof.
After travelling to Soliman Bay from home, guests will be sure to appreciate the complimentary arrival dinner, as well as the continental breakfasts and chef services from Monday to Saturday. Enjoy meals inside the villa, outside by the pool, or under the beachside palapa.
The staff are here to assist guests so they can enjoy every minute of their stay. The staff will ensure that everything is in order to create a memorable vacation. Guests are welcome to let the staff know if additional services are desired, such as massages or yoga, as well as if any activities can be arranged, such as kayaking or snorkeling just off the beach in front of the villa.

House Rules
- A photo of the ID for all overnight guests must be sent to us prior to arrival.
- Random visits are not allowed and require prior approval.
- Parties are strictly prohibited.
- Loud music is not allowed after 10 PM.
- Smoking is not permitted inside the property.
- Pets are allowed with prior approval.
- Please note that if your check-in or check-out is scheduled for after 7 PM in the evening or before 9 AM in the morning, there will be an additional fee of $30 per check-in or check-out.
Payment
To secure your reservation, we require a 50% deposit within 2 business days of contract agreement. The balance will be due as per the terms outlined in your contract, which is anytime between 90 and 30 days before your stay commences.
Security Deposit
Prior to your stay, we will request a security deposit to cover any potential damage or unforeseen events. The deposit amount is specified in the contract before your booking and will be released once we confirm that no damage occurred during your stay.
