Just 5 minutes walking distance to the village of Puerto Aventuras and its world-class marina. This house is secluded, with only 2 private residences for neighbors, yet is ideal for those who enjoy golf, deep-sea fishing, scuba-diving, fitness activities, and shopping conveniently within one resort.
Nearby sites of interest include Playa del Carmen, Tulum, Xcaret, and Cozumel. Each suite offers tropical garden settings, private bathrooms and air conditioning. House Rules
- A photo of the ID for all overnight guests must be sent to us prior to arrival.
- Random visits are not allowed and require prior approval.
- Parties are strictly prohibited.
- Loud music is not allowed after 10 PM.
- Smoking is not permitted inside the property.
- Pets are allowed with prior approval.
- Please note that if your check-in or check-out is scheduled for after 7 PM in the evening or before 9 AM in the morning, there will be an additional fee of $30 per check-in or check-out.
Payment
To secure your reservation, we require a 50% deposit within 2 business days of contract agreement. The balance will be due as per the terms outlined in your contract, which is anytime between 90 and 30 days before your stay commences.
Security Deposit
Prior to your stay, we will request a security deposit to cover any potential damage or unforeseen events. The deposit amount is specified in the contract before your booking and will be released once we confirm that no damage occurred during your stay.
