The house was designed by the architect from Trancoso, Ricardo Salém, who greatly values ​​the use of wood in all spaces. It has 4 suites, a TV room, and a large space that includes a dining room and two living rooms. The kitchen is well equipped and there is a service room and laundry room. It is a house that facilitates integration, as the social areas and terrace are connected to the delightful swimming pool, in which there are areas of constant shade for hot days.
