A beautiful 2-storey house with large and spacious rooms. Pleasant outdoor area with beautiful and huge swimming pool, jacuzzi, barbecue and a grill that are in a covered area. The house features a good view of nature from the back and front, surrounded by luxuriant vegetation and coconut trees.
The villa is very private for those who enjoy comfort, silence and privacy and has 5 fantastic and comfortable suites:

Second floor with:
- 1 suite with 2 single beds and balcony

CHARGES FOR CONSUMPTION OF ELECTRICITY, WATER AND EMPLOYEES SERVICES ARE NOT INCLUDED, TO BE PAID SEPARATELY.
Housekeeper: 150 to 250 BRL per day. In addition to keeping the outdoor area and pool always clean and organized, he/she assists in the barbecue and in the kitchen, available to do shopping at the supermarket, when necessary.
Maid: 150 to 250 BRL per day. Keeps the house always clean and organized and does general maid service.
Cook (optional): 200 to 400 BRL per day. Prepares meals.
Kitchen helper (optional): 150 to 200 BRL per day. Assists the cook.

House Rules
- A photo of the ID for all overnight guests must be sent to us prior to arrival.
- Random visits are not allowed and require prior approval.
- Parties are strictly prohibited.
- Loud music is not allowed after 10 PM.
- Smoking is not permitted inside the property.
- Pets are allowed with prior approval.
- Please note that if your check-in or check-out is scheduled for after 7 PM in the evening or before 9 AM in the morning, there will be an additional fee of $30 per check-in or check-out.
Payment
To secure your reservation, we require a 50% deposit within 2 business days of contract agreement. The balance will be due as per the terms outlined in your contract, which is anytime between 90 and 30 days before your stay commences.
Security Deposit
Prior to your stay, we will request a security deposit to cover any potential damage or unforeseen events. The deposit amount is specified in the contract before your booking and will be released once we confirm that no damage occurred during your stay.
