Anp024 – Beautiful house with pool and mountain view

Property located in the most prestigious club in Anapoima, Mesa de Yeguas. Here you can enjoy a warm and fresh climate with views of the mountains and the canyon. You will have access to the tennis or golf course, or if you prefer you can do kayaking and paddleboarding at the nautical club. In the main venue of the place, there is a restaurant where you can enjoy delicious dishes.

The house is located in one of the most enjoyable sectors of Mesa de Yeguas. It has a spectacular view of the mountain from the pool, where you can enjoy the wonderful sunsets in this area. The house has 4 spacious and comfortable bedrooms, with a maximum capacity of 14 guests. The living room is open and overlooks the pool and has excellent lighting at night.

On the terrace, it has a beautiful BBQ, for an excellent barbecue in the company of family and friends and in the garden an ideal trampoline for children.

CHARGES FOR EMPLOYEE SERVICES ARE NOT INCLUDED AND MUST BE PAID SEPARATELY
Housekeeper: 80.000 COP per day per every 6 guests. The housekeepers cook, keep the house always clean and organized and do maid services. Service hours are from 7:00 to 16:00.

VAT exemption for foreigners:
-The decree establishes the exemption from Sales Tax (VAT) for tourist services provided to residents abroad that are used in Colombian territory. The exemption applies to tourist services originating from packages sold by operating agencies or hotels registered in the national tourism registry and also applies to hotel services sold by hotels to operating agencies as long as the beneficiary of the services provided in the national territory is a resident abroad.
