The 3-hectare park includes a vegetable garden, a swimming pool, and a large space for playing, walking, or having a picnic with the family.
The square of the very pretty village of Montaigu le Blin has been listed as a French heritage site since 1921 and features 2 restaurants. Just 30 minutes away is the famous spa town of Vichy, known since Antiquity for its springs. The important spa resort hosts an 18-hole golf course located on the shores of Lake Allier, the Vichy-Bellerive racecourse, and a nautical base where you can practice sailing, stand-up paddleboarding, or water skiing.
The Château d'Ayr Bon is located one hour from Roanne where the very famous Maison Troisgros has been located since 1930, this restaurant celebrated in 2018 its 50 years of 3 Michelin stars: in a bucolic setting, you will be treated to delicious dishes prepared at the rhythm of the experiences and travels of each generation of the Troisgros family.

- Please note that if your check-in or check-out is scheduled for after 7 PM in the evening or before 9 AM in the morning, there will be an additional fee of $30 per check-in or check-out.
Payment
To secure your reservation, we require a 50% deposit within 2 business days of contract agreement. The balance will be due as per the terms outlined in your contract, which is anytime between 90 and 30 days before your stay commences.
Security Deposit
Prior to your stay, we will request a security deposit to cover any potential damage or unforeseen events. The deposit amount is specified in the contract before your booking and will be released once we confirm that no damage occurred during your stay.
