Tucked away in the hills of Super Cannes, not far from the glitz and glamour of Cannes itself, you’ll be close enough to the action yet secluded enough to appreciate the privacy and luxury of the surroundings.
Set on one of the largest private estates (43 000 sqm) with living space of 1000 sqm, the property comprises of two villas. Accommodating eighteen guests in total, the "Main Villa" has seven bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and the "Master Suite" has two bedrooms and two bathrooms.
The bedrooms offer a place of refuge, a tranquil space of absolute luxury. All rooms are exquisitely decorated and enjoy stunning views of the glimmering Mediterranean.
Amenities include Smart TV's, Apple TV. Netflix, Wi-Fi, Sonos, Personal Safes, and Hairdryers to name a few.
A complete range of Aesop amenities is kept fully stocked throughout your stay.
The estate boasts two swimming pools (one heated), spa and Hammam, fully equipped gymnasium, office and cinema.

- A photo of the ID for all overnight guests must be sent to us prior to arrival.
- Random visits are not allowed and require prior approval.
- Parties are strictly prohibited.
- Loud music is not allowed after 10 PM.
- Smoking is not permitted inside the property.
- Pets are allowed with prior approval.
- Please note that if your check-in or check-out is scheduled for after 7 PM in the evening or before 9 AM in the morning, there will be an additional fee of $30 per check-in or check-out.
Payment
To secure your reservation, we require a 50% deposit within 2 business days of contract agreement. The balance will be due as per the terms outlined in your contract, which is anytime between 90 and 30 days before your stay commences.
Security Deposit
Prior to your stay, we will request a security deposit to cover any potential damage or unforeseen events. The deposit amount is specified in the contract before your booking and will be released once we confirm that no damage occurred during your stay.
