On the lower floor of the central bungalow are the living room, the integrated kitchen, the balcony, and the infinity pool. On the mezzanine, a master suite with panoramic views of the Atlantic Forest and partial ocean views combines a bedroom ideal for children. The other suites are distributed among the other bungalows interconnected by decks.
The master suite has a king-size bed, one suite has two single beds and the other accommodations have a queen-size bed. All accommodations have air conditioning and a safe.
The villa is fully equipped with a portable sound system, trousseau, utensils, and quality appliances.
The gourmet area under a pergola, where the main meals are served, has a gas barbecue, climate-controlled wine cellar, brewery, and ice machine.
The TV room is on the lower floor of the villa and an additional deck in the garden area is ideal for practicing yoga and meditation.
The architecture and interior decoration reflect the union between Brazilian and Scandinavian cultures. With special attention to detail, rustic elements were combined with modern surfaces and natural textures, creating contrasts and environments that connect guests with the surrounding nature and local culture. The interior design includes pieces signed by renowned Brazilian designers and local artisans.

- A photo of the ID for all overnight guests must be sent to us prior to arrival.
- Random visits are not allowed and require prior approval.

- Please note that if your check-in or check-out is scheduled for after 7 PM in the evening or before 9 AM in the morning, there will be an additional fee of $30 per check-in or check-out.
Payment
To secure your reservation, we require a 50% deposit within 2 business days of contract agreement. The balance will be due as per the terms outlined in your contract, which is anytime between 90 and 30 days before your stay commences.
Security Deposit
Prior to your stay, we will request a security deposit to cover any potential damage or unforeseen events. The deposit amount is specified in the contract before your booking and will be released once we confirm that no damage occurred during your stay.
