This beautiful villa combines luxury and sophistication in all its environments, both indoors and outdoors. Its beautiful outdoor area has a large L-shaped pool that has a shallow side for children and a deep side for refreshing dips. To relax a hydromassage pool with bubble pumps. And on the water mirror the comfortable sun loungers. Next to the pool is the lounge with comfortable sofas, 2 circular dining tables.
The house has 2 kitchens, the first serves the interior of the house and a complete trousseau to serve up to 18 people. The second, called Gourmet, serves the outdoor area. It has: barbecue, brewery, induction cook top, charbroiller, 2 wine cellars, side by side refrigerator and TV. Both have a dining table and modern appliances for preparing excellent meals.
In the internal area of the house is the multimedia room with smartv. And a sound system to provide an incredible audiovisual experience, along with the comfortable sofas and furniture that decorate the environment.
On the first floor are the 5 comfortable suites. The master suite has a balcony with a wide view, smartv and closet and a spacious bathroom (with whirlpool tub). The other 4 suites are equally comfortable with a balcony and spacious bathroom. All suites have air conditioning and TV.
In addition to the excellent structure of the house, the condominium offers a children's playground, complete and heated gym, swimming pool, tennis and futsal court in addition to everything Praia do Forte can offer.

Payment
To secure your reservation, we require a 50% deposit within 2 business days of contract agreement. The balance will be due as per the terms outlined in your contract, which is anytime between 90 and 30 days before your stay commences.
Security Deposit
Prior to your stay, we will request a security deposit to cover any potential damage or unforeseen events. The deposit amount is specified in the contract before your booking and will be released once we confirm that no damage occurred during your stay.
