This fabulous 2-story house impresses right from its facade. With a beautiful garden, two palm trees placed on either side of the large pivot door; which gives access to the interior of the house. Designed in an open concept, the house takes excellent advantage of natural lighting, as well as the coastal winds that generate natural air conditioning even on hot days.

On the ground floor, the interior is divided into a living room, hallway, dining room, gourmet area, kitchen and service area. The living room was furnished aiming a perfect balance of light colors accompanying floor and ceiling. It also has a 50-inch smartv to enjoy excellent multimedia content.
