The house was planned in an open concept to make the most of the sunlight. On the first floor of the house is the large space that brings together 2 living rooms with smart TV, 2 dining areas and kitchen, the whole environment has central air conditioning and a view of the external area.
Its two living rooms have 2 large sofas, ideal for gathering with friends to enjoy movies and series on the large smart TV and the large swimming pool, both environments have a dining table for 10 people.
Its American kitchen was planned and furnished with the most excellent furniture and appliances to provide excellent gastronomic experiences.
Your first suite is on the first floor of the villa, has ample air-conditioned space and is equipped with a king size bed with a sofa bed for children and a private bathroom.
On the second floor there are 3 charming suites, all of which are air-conditioned, have a private bathroom and offer maximum comfort to all. The first suite is a master suite, it has a super king size bed and a double sofa bed and a balcony with a sea view. The second suite has 2 queen size beds and has an ocean view. Your last suite is equipped with a king size bed and has a balcony overlooking the sea.
The outdoor area of the house has an extensive swimming pool with a shallow side, ideal for children and a deep side, great for swimming and water sports. Its wooden deck has sun loungers and a beautiful garden that surrounds the house.

- A photo of the ID for all overnight guests must be sent to us prior to arrival.
- Random visits are not allowed and require prior approval.

- Please note that if your check-in or check-out is scheduled for after 7 PM in the evening or before 9 AM in the morning, there will be an additional fee of $30 per check-in or check-out.
Payment
To secure your reservation, we require a 50% deposit within 2 business days of contract agreement. The balance will be due as per the terms outlined in your contract, which is anytime between 90 and 30 days before your stay commences.
Security Deposit
Prior to your stay, we will request a security deposit to cover any potential damage or unforeseen events. The deposit amount is specified in the contract before your booking and will be released once we confirm that no damage occurred during your stay.
