This beautiful penthouse with 3 bedrooms has one of the most beautiful and privileged views of the entire shore of Praia Brava, a splendid, reserved place in the region of Balneário Camboriú.
The living room has a spacious environment, well lit, air conditioned and decorated with customized furniture from the audiovisual system to the furniture and wooden floors. The room has access to a balcony with dining table, barbecue, and the wonderful view of the beach or the sea.
The kitchen has a minimalist design and has an excellent use of space with pre-defined locations for the freezer, stove, oven and dishwasher, well equipped with all the essential items for the preparation of excellent meals. Next to the kitchen is the service area always ready to be used, containing a washing machine, dryer, iron and other items.
On the second floor are the comfortable suites, all air conditioned with a TV system, two of them have access to a balcony on the second floor with lounge chairs, sofa and shower to cool off.

Payment
To secure your reservation, we require a 50% deposit within 2 business days of contract agreement. The balance will be due as per the terms outlined in your contract, which is anytime between 90 and 30 days before your stay commences.
Security Deposit
Prior to your stay, we will request a security deposit to cover any potential damage or unforeseen events. The deposit amount is specified in the contract before your booking and will be released once we confirm that no damage occurred during your stay.
