Perfectly located at the tip of the Baja Peninsula, the property is just two blocks from the world-famous One & Only Palmilla, one of Los Cabos's premier hotels, and a four-minute drive from the exclusive Jack Nicklaus Golf Course.

The main house of approximately 560m² has a large living room with a huge 70-inch TV and a bar adjacent to the dining area with seating for twelve people or more. Four bedrooms surround the large living room, the other bedroom and the master bedroom are adjacent to these, opening onto the fountain patio.
