This is one of the largest privately owned properties in Los Cabos, it was the first private residence built in the area and now sits inside the ultra-exclusive closed community of Bahia Rocas, next to the Villas Del Mar in Palmilla. Perfectly located at the tip of the Baja Peninsula, the property is just two blocks from the world-famous One & Only Palmilla, one of Los Cabos's premier hotels, and a four-minute drive from the exclusive Jack Nicklaus Golf Course.


The main house of approximately 560m² has a large living room with a huge 70-inch TV and a bar adjacent to the dining area with seating for twelve people or more. Four bedrooms surround the large living room, the other bedroom and the master bedroom are adjacent to these, opening onto the fountain patio. There is also a bedroom and bathroom behind the kitchen, which is more suited to the employees and the support staff of the house. All rooms feature unforgettable ocean views of blue water and private bathrooms.


A new under-pool and spa-level facility feature two additional suites, an outdoor kitchen, wet bar and eating area that approach a huge lawn that covers the private 410m² beachfront gym.

  • Random visits are not allowed and require prior approval.

  • Please note that if your check-in or check-out is scheduled for after 7 PM in the evening or before 9 AM in the morning, there will be an additional fee of $30 per check-in or check-out.

To secure your reservation, we require a 50% deposit within 2 business days of contract agreement. The balance will be due as per the terms outlined in your contract, which is anytime between 90 and 30 days before your stay commences.

Prior to your stay, we will request a security deposit to cover any potential damage or unforeseen events. The deposit amount is specified in the contract before your booking and will be released once we confirm that no damage occurred during your stay.
