This house is located in Jericoacora, 100 meters from the sea and 3 minutes walk from the center where are the bars and restaurants.
It has 6 suites with private bathroom. Its large living room is integrated into the outdoor space consisting of a sandy garden, a terrace where there is a large dining table to share nice lunches with friends or family and a large lounge near the barbecue. This house can accommodate up to 14 people.
Each suite has fans, linens are provided, and the kitchen is also equipped.
Nearest airports: Jericoacoara (JJD) and Fortaleza (FOR)
Daily maid service and night security guard included.
Tourist tax of R$5/day/person to be paid at the entrance to the city of Jericoacoara
City closed to cars, cars must stay in the parking lot at the entrance to the city, you can however leave your luggage at the house before parking it.

Payment
To secure your reservation, we require a 50% deposit within 2 business days of contract agreement. The balance will be due as per the terms outlined in your contract, which is anytime between 90 and 30 days before your stay commences.
Security Deposit
Prior to your stay, we will request a security deposit to cover any potential damage or unforeseen events. The deposit amount is specified in the contract before your booking and will be released once we confirm that no damage occurred during your stay.
