The house is located 2h hours drive from Fortaleza Airport with direct Air France flights from Paris.
A safe heaven with your feet in the water, the property is organized around two houses; one called the main house with the 3 en-suites bedrooms and living areas, the second called the bungalow with 2 en-suites bedrooms.
We offer you all the comfort as well as a staff dedicated to your stay; a person who provides breakfast service, cleaning and the other one for the maintenance of the swimming pool and garden.

- A photo of the ID for all overnight guests must be sent to us prior to arrival.
- Random visits are not allowed and require prior approval.

- Loud music is not allowed after 10 PM.
- Smoking is not permitted inside the property.
- Pets are allowed with prior approval.
- Please note that if your check-in or check-out is scheduled for after 7 PM in the evening or before 9 AM in the morning, there will be an additional fee of $30 per check-in or check-out.
Payment
To secure your reservation, we require a 50% deposit within 2 business days of contract agreement. The balance will be due as per the terms outlined in your contract, which is anytime between 90 and 30 days before your stay commences.
Security Deposit
Prior to your stay, we will request a security deposit to cover any potential damage or unforeseen events. The deposit amount is specified in the contract before your booking and will be released once we confirm that no damage occurred during your stay.
