Villa is a renovated mansion, built-in 1908, in a unique location between the Aegean Sea and the iconic cathedral of Agios Nikolaos. Close to the historical Ermoupolis Mayor House of Ziller and the Apollon Theater, in the neighborhood called Vaporia.
Amazing architecture with its geometry and neoclassical adornment, bright, classy indoors, as well as the ceilings and the walls with paintings, reflect the renaissance, neoclassical style, and beauty of Ermoupolis city. In 1989, the Greek Ministry of Culture awarded this Villa as a “Special Architectural Ermoupolis Monument”!
For the first Floor leading the wooden stairs where located is a living room (120m2) decorated with unique pieces of art, two bedrooms, the kitchen (15m2) fully equipped with every modern amenity, including a dishwasher, fridge, cutlery, microwave oven, filter coffee, and espresso makers, oven and a table, the dining room which can seat up to 8 people, the study and the balconies with the stunning view.
The second living room is the entertainment room (30 m2) with a sofa, 2 armchairs and a dining table for 4, a big flat-screen TV with satellite channels and a DVD/CD player that spreads the music across the living spaces.
Beautiful Veranda just above the sea considered one of the most beautiful with the best views. Various movies and commercial productions have been shot in this very veranda, where you will also find a day bed and a dining table for 8.
On the second floor, you will find an open plan area (40 m2) with a double bed, dining room, and kitchen. Second Veranda another amazing spot (40 m2) has a wooden deck, sun loungers, and a day bed. This is the highest spot in the neighborhood with stunning panoramic views of the city.

Payment
To secure your reservation, we require a 50% deposit within 2 business days of contract agreement. The balance will be due as per the terms outlined in your contract, which is anytime between 90 and 30 days before your stay commences.
Security Deposit
Prior to your stay, we will request a security deposit to cover any potential damage or unforeseen events. The deposit amount is specified in the contract before your booking and will be released once we confirm that no damage occurred during your stay.
