This farm operates as a hotel and has a restaurant specializing in local cuisine produced with ingredients from its own vegetable garden. Enjoy as well the bar, the common living room and the large garden.
The farm has several cottages, each one prepared to accommodate families of 4 to 6 members, each with bathroom, closet and balcony with sofa and are divided into:
- Dune Chalet: 3 chalets with 1 double bed and 2 single beds;
- River Chalet: 2 chalets with 1 double bed and 2 single beds;
- Park Chalet: 6 chalets with 1 double bed and 3 single beds;
- Tree Chalet: 1 chalet with 1 double bed and 4 single beds.
The fauna and flora of the region is fantastic and is home to numerous species of birds, in particular the guará birds with their beautiful shade of scarlet red, originating from their food : the tidal flame crabs, the red color dyes the feathers.
The main tourist attraction of the region are the Maranhenses sheets, a large stretch of sand filled with small freshwater lakes. Tours are made by jeep, quadricycle or horseback. Tours through this beautiful and vast expanse of sand and lakes can take anywhere from half a day to 3 days depending on the weather conditions. Its beaches have a perfect environment for kitesurfing due to their strong winds.
All tours are contracted separately by the region's tourism team.

- A photo of the ID for all overnight guests must be sent to us prior to arrival.
- Random visits are not allowed and require prior approval.
- Parties are strictly prohibited.
- Loud music is not allowed after 10 PM.
- Smoking is not permitted inside the property.
- Pets are allowed with prior approval.
- Please note that if your check-in or check-out is scheduled for after 7 PM in the evening or before 9 AM in the morning, there will be an additional fee of $30 per check-in or check-out.
Payment
To secure your reservation, we require a 50% deposit within 2 business days of contract agreement. The balance will be due as per the terms outlined in your contract, which is anytime between 90 and 30 days before your stay commences.
Security Deposit
Prior to your stay, we will request a security deposit to cover any potential damage or unforeseen events. The deposit amount is specified in the contract before your booking and will be released once we confirm that no damage occurred during your stay.
