An amazing 8 bedroom villa just steps away from the idyllic white sandy beach and beautiful tranquil turquoise water! The moment you enter into the common areas of the villa (kitchen, dining and living room) you will experience captivating and enchanting views of the turquoise Caribbean sea! The villa features 8 suites, each with its own large private bathroom. Some of these bathrooms have both showers and bathtubs. There are 5 large king suites each with one king size bed. The remainder of the bedrooms consist of 3 queen bed suites, each with 2 queen size beds.
This villa boasts a large kitchen and open living and dining area that welcome your entire group to commune in one area, eat, relax, watch some TV after a day of sun and sand, or just remain mesmerized by the captivating ocean views!
The villa is equipped with two outdoor living and dining areas, one in the bottom level courtyard and the second on top of the roof terrace, which is also equipped with a large infinity plunge pool. These great areas of the home invite you to plan a group event such as an afternoon lunch or an evening BBQ under the starry sky.
In addition to its proximity to the beach, The villa is located only 12 minutes walking distance from town, or more specifically from La Quinta’s (5th Avenue), restaurant, shopping and nightlife district!

House Rules
- A photo of the ID for all overnight guests must be sent to us prior to arrival.
- Random visits are not allowed and require prior approval.
- Parties are strictly prohibited.
- Loud music is not allowed after 10 PM.
- Smoking is not permitted inside the property.
- Pets are allowed with prior approval.
- Please note that if your check-in or check-out is scheduled for after 7 PM in the evening or before 9 AM in the morning, there will be an additional fee of $30 per check-in or check-out.
Payment
To secure your reservation, we require a 50% deposit within 2 business days of contract agreement. The balance will be due as per the terms outlined in your contract, which is anytime between 90 and 30 days before your stay commences.
Security Deposit
Prior to your stay, we will request a security deposit to cover any potential damage or unforeseen events. The deposit amount is specified in the contract before your booking and will be released once we confirm that no damage occurred during your stay.
