Welcome to this magnificent house! An 8 bedroom abode nestled up to the idyllic white sandy beach and beautiful tranquil turquoise water! The moment you enter the villa, you will experience a captivating view of the water and talc-white sand from many of the rooms. The house features 8 suites each with its own large private bathroom. Some of these bathrooms have both showers and bathtubs. There are 6 large king suites each with one king-size bed. The remainder of the bedrooms consist of 2 double queen suites, each with 2 queen-size beds.
The house boasts a large kitchen and open living and dining area that welcome your entire group to commune in one area; eat, relax, watch some TV after a day of sun and sand. The house is equipped with outdoor living and dining areas and a huge plunge pool. These great areas of the home invite you to plan a group event such as an afternoon lunch or an evening BBQ under the starry sky.
In addition to being just across the street from the beach, the house is located only 12 minutes’ walk from town or more specifically from La Quinta’s (5th Avenue), restaurant, shopping and nightlife district!

House Rules
- A photo of the ID for all overnight guests must be sent to us prior to arrival.
- Random visits are not allowed and require prior approval.
- Parties are strictly prohibited.
- Loud music is not allowed after 10 PM.
- Smoking is not permitted inside the property.
- Pets are allowed with prior approval.
- Please note that if your check-in or check-out is scheduled for after 7 PM in the evening or before 9 AM in the morning, there will be an additional fee of $30 per check-in or check-out.
Payment
To secure your reservation, we require a 50% deposit within 2 business days of contract agreement. The balance will be due as per the terms outlined in your contract, which is anytime between 90 and 30 days before your stay commences.
Security Deposit
Prior to your stay, we will request a security deposit to cover any potential damage or unforeseen events. The deposit amount is specified in the contract before your booking and will be released once we confirm that no damage occurred during your stay.
