3 bedrooms are on the first floor; the fourth bedroom is upstairs and has a fantastic terrace with hammock and captivating views of the sea. The fifth bedroom is a media room with 2 sofa couches. The media room is located on the villa’s bottom level, and although it has no ocean views, it is ideal for younger kids or family nannies.

Payment
To secure your reservation, we require a 50% deposit within 2 business days of contract agreement. The balance will be due as per the terms outlined in your contract, which is anytime between 90 and 30 days before your stay commences.
Security Deposit
Prior to your stay, we will request a security deposit to cover any potential damage or unforeseen events. The deposit amount is specified in the contract before your booking and will be released once we confirm that no damage occurred during your stay.
