Master Residence:
Master bedroom: Suite located on the upper floor, fully equipped study, exterior terrace with breakfast table, day bed and Jacuzzi, and a very private roof terrace with exceptional views.
Bedroom suite # 1: Located on the ground floor and share a living room, breakfast table and small kitchenette between them. King size bed,
Bedroom suite # 2: King size bed and this room is wheelchair-friendly. It has direct access to the shallow portion of the swimming pool.
Guest Residence:
Bedroom suite # 3: Located in the upper level, separated by a living room, breakfast table and small kitchenette. one king bed
Bedroom suite # 4: Also in the upper level. one king bed and a small veranda (could be changed to two twins)
Bedroom suite # 5: Located in the lower level, also sharing a living room, breakfast table and small kitchenette. With private terrace and an outdoor shower. one king bed
Bedroom suite # 6: Also in the lower level, with private terrance. one king bed (could be changed to two twins) and outside access into the gardens
The guesthouse also features a private rooftop terrace.
Garden Suites:
Bedroom suite # 7: Our most spacious rooms, perfect for families with children. Outfitted with mini fridges, coffee set-ups and large sitting areas that are convertible into extra sleeping accommodations. King sized bed with a full twin couch and a smaller couch.
Bedroom suite # 8: These two suites share a raised patio, which has its own seating area and table. Two queen sized beds and two twin sized couches.

This villa features a complete Meal Plan, including all food and beverages (non alcoholic and alcoholic), for guests. Include breakfast served from a small menu, a three-course lunch, midday snacks and a four-course dinner.
Please note the meal plan is not optional and there is a 6 person minimum with the final guest count being confirmed 2 weeks prior to arrival.

House Rules
- A photo of the ID for all overnight guests must be sent to us prior to arrival.
- Random visits are not allowed and require prior approval.
- Parties are strictly prohibited.
- Loud music is not allowed after 10 PM.
- Smoking is not permitted inside the property.
- Pets are allowed with prior approval.
- Please note that if your check-in or check-out is scheduled for after 7 PM in the evening or before 9 AM in the morning, there will be an additional fee of $30 per check-in or check-out.
Payment
To secure your reservation, we require a 50% deposit within 2 business days of contract agreement. The balance will be due as per the terms outlined in your contract, which is anytime between 90 and 30 days before your stay commences.
Security Deposit
Prior to your stay, we will request a security deposit to cover any potential damage or unforeseen events. The deposit amount is specified in the contract before your booking and will be released once we confirm that no damage occurred during your stay.
