The colonial-style main house was completely renovated in 2020, with a project by renowned architect Marcos Tomanik. It has seven suites, three of them overlooking the sea, all with closets and large bathrooms, occupying an area of 1,500 m².

The decor features pieces picked up by the family in nautical antique shops for over 50 years, such as original ship compasses, diving suits and imitations of English sailing boats, mixed with navy colors and tropical themes. The living room is integrated into the kitchen, which in turn is connected to a new outdoor gourmet area. The second kitchen has all Viking brand equipment, aiming to deliver the best to food lovers. Also part of the gourmet kitchen is a classic Berkel 1920, known as "the most beautiful and classic slicer of cold cuts in the world", which also works as a decoration piece.

The suites are spacious and comfortable with views of the sea and the Atlantic Forest.

Master Ocean View Suites 1 and 3 have doors overlooking the beach that let in sunlight and sea breezes.

The first has a king size bed, retractable blinds on the ceiling that allow natural light to enter and a spacious bathroom overlooking the sea.

The Master Suite Ocean View 2 has a door overlooking the sea and windows open to the Atlantic Forest, an ofurô-style bathtub and is lit with natural light.

Master Ocean View Suites 4 and Garden 1, 2 and 3 also feature doors overlooking the beach that let in sunlight and sea breezes, plus king size beds or comfortable twin beds, bathtubs and windows with views to the backyard of the house.

In addition to the main house, the property also has an independent loft, suspended over the sea, which was an old boathouse and has been redesigned to become a modern loft. It has three suites, all with views of the sea and the Atlantic Forest. The location is privileged, in a quiet place and surrounded by nature.
