This penthouse of a private three-villa complex sitting in the most exclusive area of Tulum’s beach road. The suite can sleep two guests in a space crafted for privacy after exploring the fashionable surroundings. It is decorated in a tropical style with all the comforts of high-end accommodation, such as a bathroom with double sinks, an open shower, and a beautiful chukum bathtub made with the resin of a local tree.
The room has its own pool and terrace, as well as a kitchenette that is big enough for preparing meals for two. It has a king-size bed, Bluetooth speakers, and a widescreen TV. - A photo of the ID for all overnight guests must be sent to us prior to arrival.

Payment
To secure your reservation, we require a 50% deposit within 2 business days of contract agreement. The balance will be due as per the terms outlined in your contract, which is anytime between 90 and 30 days before your stay commences.
Security Deposit
Prior to your stay, we will request a security deposit to cover any potential damage or unforeseen events. The deposit amount is specified in the contract before your booking and will be released once we confirm that no damage occurred during your stay.
