Magnificent Tuscan country house, located in arguably the most picturesque setting of Italy – the Val d’Orcia area of Tuscany. This property was purchased in the last decade of the 20th Century and underwent a total renovation. Owned by a renowned interior designer, the vast majority of the furniture and amenities are conceptualized, designed, and manufactured by the owners themselves.

Villa can accommodate up to 18 guests in its 8 en-suite bedrooms. The formal ground floor entrance is through the main door situated around the corner from a parking area, while the informal ‘family’ entrance is into a beautiful, amazingly equipped kitchen with island preparation and a dining table for 14 people. The dining area feeds into the super-colorful double living room with a stone fireplace. The sleeping area on the ground floor consists of 2 double bedrooms and 6 other bedrooms are located on the first floor.

The outdoor area has a large external covered dining area for 14 directly next to the kitchen and living room area. This external dining area enjoys a large stone barbecue and the entire external dining area looks out onto the back garden area with an amazing infinity pool deck with views of the abounding rolling hills. There is also a small Jacuzzi next to the garden area and a ping-pong table for your enjoyment. There is even a second external living area equipped with lounge chairs and seating allowing you to enjoy another external part of the property.
