The villa is situated in the heart of the Tuscany countryside, between Siena and Florence, and is the ideal accommodation for anybody who loves nature as it has a magical and marvelous view of Tuscany landscapes. Surrounded by luxury gardens, the villa stands on top of a hill and enjoys a breathtaking view. The house has intact all the original charm of a Tuscany villa built in the 1400’s – spacious and restful areas, pleasant and harmonious architecture, and atmospheres of times gone by for a memorable Tuscan vacation.
The villa, situated on 10 hectares of land and 15000 square feet of garden space, has 16 elegantly furnished bedrooms (13 in the main villa, 3 in the annex) and can accommodate in total up to 32 people. Richly lit by many windows, the halls of this marvelous Tuscan home still present their original floors and antique furnishings, in an atmosphere of timeless magic.
The large main villa offers 13 bedrooms, all with private bathrooms, and can host a group of up to 26 people. Upon request, you can also rent the dependence, which sleeps 6 guests (suite + 2 bedrooms) for a total of 32 guests.
The marvelous garden makes the villa an oasis of peace that rises among the hills of Tuscany, allowing its guests to enjoy a pleasant stay in a unique villa. A large swimming pool equipped with sunbeds and gazebos offers abundant shade, the perfect haven to rest or contemplate the breathtaking view.

House Rules
- A photo of the ID for all overnight guests must be sent to us prior to arrival.
- Random visits are not allowed and require prior approval.
- Parties are strictly prohibited.
- Loud music is not allowed after 10 PM.
- Smoking is not permitted inside the property.
- Pets are allowed with prior approval.
- Please note that if your check-in or check-out is scheduled for after 7 PM in the evening or before 9 AM in the morning, there will be an additional fee of $30 per check-in or check-out.
Payment
To secure your reservation, we require a 50% deposit within 2 business days of contract agreement. The balance will be due as per the terms outlined in your contract, which is anytime between 90 and 30 days before your stay commences.
Security Deposit
Prior to your stay, we will request a security deposit to cover any potential damage or unforeseen events. The deposit amount is specified in the contract before your booking and will be released once we confirm that no damage occurred during your stay.
