The house has four bedrooms. Light and air circulate freely through large windows and shaded terraces, and the interiors are filled with native plants that connect the home to the gardens outside.
Upstairs, a panoramic dining room and open kitchen face the hills, with adjoining balconies that invite guests to relax at any time of day. The living room offers a cozy atmosphere with a smart TV, books, and board games, while outdoors you’ll find hammocks, a barbecue area, and fully enclosed gardens.
Fast WiFi reaches every corner of the house, and amenities include purified water, washer and dryer, yoga mat, cable TV, portable heaters, and covered parking.
The villa is accessed by stairs and is not recommended for guests with reduced mobility. Pets and smoking are not permitted. Optional daily housekeeping is available upon request. Security features include outdoor cameras and an alarm system connected to emergency services.

- A photo of the ID for all overnight guests must be sent to us prior to arrival.
- Random visits are not allowed and require prior approval.

- Please note that if your check-in or check-out is scheduled for after 7 PM in the evening or before 9 AM in the morning, there will be an additional fee of $30 per check-in or check-out.
Payment
To secure your reservation, we require a 50% deposit within 2 business days of contract agreement. The balance will be due as per the terms outlined in your contract, which is anytime between 90 and 30 days before your stay commences.
Security Deposit
Prior to your stay, we will request a security deposit to cover any potential damage or unforeseen events. The deposit amount is specified in the contract before your booking and will be released once we confirm that no damage occurred during your stay.
